This Privacy Policy explains how BARSTOKE LTD, PO Box 362, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands, handles personal information in connection with SmartVault, an iOS personal storage app available in Argentina, Colombia, Uruguay, Chile, Brazil and Venezuela.

1. Who we are

BARSTOKE LTD operates SmartVault. You can contact us at contact@humansmotion.com.

2. Information we collect

We collect only the information needed to operate, secure and support SmartVault. This may include:

• Account information: email address, account identifiers and authentication-related data.
• Security information: protected credentials, access tokens and access-code verification data. We do not store your access code in plain text.
• User content: photos, videos, files, filenames, metadata and related storage records that you choose to upload.
• Technical information: device type, iOS version, app version, IP address, timestamps, logs, crash information and security events.
• Support information: messages and information you send to us when requesting help.
• Purchase information: if SmartVault offers subscriptions or in-app purchases, Apple processes payments. We may receive limited purchase status information from Apple, but we do not receive full payment card details.

3. Information we do not sell or distribute

We do not sell, rent, trade, share or distribute your personal information for advertising, marketing, data-brokerage or unrelated third-party purposes. We do not use your personal files to train public artificial intelligence models.

4. How we use information

We use information to create and authenticate accounts, provide storage, upload and download files, sync access to your account, maintain security, detect abuse, prevent bots and malicious behavior, enforce fair use, troubleshoot errors, provide support, comply with law and improve reliability.

5. Service providers and legal disclosure

We may use infrastructure, hosting, storage, analytics, crash-reporting, security, email and support providers solely to operate SmartVault on our behalf. These providers are not allowed to use your personal information for their own marketing or unrelated purposes.

Outside those operational providers, we disclose personal information only if required by a valid court order, legal process or applicable law, or where disclosure is necessary to protect the security, rights or safety of SmartVault, BARSTOKE LTD, users or third parties.

6. Storage, security and international processing

Your information may be stored or processed in countries other than the country where you live. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse and alteration. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

7. Retention and deletion

We keep information for as long as needed to provide SmartVault, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our Terms, maintain backups, prevent abuse and protect the service. You may delete files or your account from within the app where available, or request deletion by contacting contact@humansmotion.com.

Deletion may not be immediate from backups, logs or systems required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or disaster recovery. We may also delete accounts or data at any time without prior notice as described in our Terms.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on your country, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to certain processing of your personal information. To make a request, contact contact@humansmotion.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

9. Children

SmartVault is intended for general personal use and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information without appropriate consent, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

10. App Store privacy information

Apple may require privacy details for SmartVault in App Store Connect. Those disclosures should be kept consistent with this Privacy Policy and with the actual data collected by the app.

11. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of SmartVault after an update means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
